Benoit Chassé joined Davie in 2019 with over 35 years’ experience as a leader and professional in human resources, communications, and occupational health and safety. He has worked in the aerospace, mining and metals, and maritime transport sectors, both in Canada and internationally. Recognized for his in depth expertise in labour relations and his strategic approach, Benoit leads the Human Resources Department with a vision focused on sustainable growth. His goal is to make Davie an employer of choice, conducive to the professional fulfillment of all employees. He holds a Bachelor of Arts with a specialization in Industrial Relations from Université Laval.
