Rachel Lemos holds the position of Vice-President, Supply Chain. She is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of supply chain strategies, processes, and systems for Davie’s shipbuilding and ship repair programs. Originally from Brazil, she immigrated to Canada 15 years ago and joined Davie after working as executive director, supply chain at BC Ferries in Vancouver. Rachel has also held various procurement and logistics roles at Canadian Western Bank, BC Lottery Corporation, Destination Canada, Workers’ Compensation Board of BC, and Braskem in Brazil. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations, an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain, professional designation in Supply Management (CPSM) and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Multilingual, Rachel is fluent in, Portuguese, and English, and has a functional level of French and Spanish.
