Rebecca joined Davie in 2023 as General Counsel, providing strategic legal guidance on corporate governance, risk management, compliance, and public sector procurement. She plays a key role in advancing Davie’s corporate strategy to support growth and mitigate risks. Before joining Davie, Rebecca led the Legal and Contracts team at a multinational defence company and held strategic roles at Justice Canada and the Canadian International Trade Tribunal. She has extensive experience in procurement, large-scale commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance. Rebecca leads Davie’s in-house legal team and is committed to mentoring legal professionals. She holds a law degree from the University of New Brunswick and is a Certified In-House Counsel through the Rotman School of Management and the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association.
