Marc Babinski joined Davie in 2014, bringing over 25 years of experience in commercial law practice with Canada’s largest firm, Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Admitted to the bars of Québec and Ontario, he guides the delivery of legal services — comprising transaction structuring and support, governance, compliance, contracting insurance risk, litigation, and intellectual property management — to ensure alignment with strategy and ownership’s objectives. In 2024, he was selected as a finalist for the Canadian General Counsel Awards in the “Business Achievement” category.
